What are Muskoka limousine services, and who are they for?
MuskokaLimousineServices.com is a pre-booked chauffeur service for Muskoka and the rest of Ontario. You choose pickup, drop-off and vehicle in the online booker, see one fixed all-in fare before you pay, and a licensed, commercially insured chauffeur is dispatched. It is not a street taxi: there is no hailing and no meter.
Most people arrive on this page with one of a handful of jobs. A cottage owner has landed at Pearson with four suitcases and a dog carrier and does not want to start a two-hour drive after a six-hour flight. A planner has forty colleagues arriving on six different flights for a retreat at a lakeside resort. A bridal party needs to move between a church in Bracebridge and a dock on Lake Muskoka without anyone driving.
Each service page below goes deep on one of these jobs: distances, the vehicle that fits, timing traps, and where a bus, train or local taxi really is the better choice.

Airports, routes and towns: the foundation
Every other service sits on top of three kinds of trip, and each has its own section of the site.
Airports. Toronto Pearson is the flagship arrival, about 170 km from Gravenhurst and usually a little over two hours off-peak. Muskoka Airport sits just outside Gravenhurst, and the full list of Ontario, Quebec and cross-border airports is on the airport transfers hub.
Routes. Toronto to Muskoka, Muskoka to Ottawa and the rest live on the routes hub, each with distance, drive time and a mode comparison.
Towns. The Muskoka hub covers Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Port Carling and the smaller communities around them, so you can see what a transfer to your exact corner of the lakes involves.
Lake life: cottages, boats, weddings and tastings
- Cottage transfers handle arrival day: the grocery and LCBO stop, the fire-number address, the rental check-in window.
- Marina and boat-launch transfers end at the dock or the launch ramp for water-access properties.
- Golf transportation deals with bags, tee times and multi-course days.
- Brewery and winery tours put a chauffeur at the wheel for a tasting day.
- Muskoka wedding limo covers the ceremony-to-reception run, and wedding transportation planning is the checklist.
Business and private clients
Corporate travel in Muskoka is mostly retreats and executive movements.
Corporate retreat transportation is built around manifests, staggered arrivals and the four large resorts that host most conferences. Executive car service is the single-traveller version: discreet, timed to a flight, billed through a corporate account with monthly invoicing if you have one. VIP and private client transportation adds the privacy options, such as hiding your details from the chauffeur and travelling under an alias, and private jet and FBO transfers cover arrivals on the ramp. Hourly chauffeur service handles a day of several stops.
Groups and celebrations
When more than six people travel together, the right vehicle changes. The Sprinter and group page explains the 12-seat Executive Sprinter, the seven-seat Jet Sprinter Executive and the coaches of 20 to 56 seats that we arrange on request. The party bus and stretch limo page covers nights out, including Casino Rama, and is honest about what these vehicles do not carry: they do not take luggage.
Seasons, families and long hauls
- Winter and ski transfers deal with snow tires, shorter daylight and where to check road conditions.
- Child seats and family travel explains the child seat, toddler seat and booster seat options in the booker.
- Long-distance car service is for Ottawa, Montreal, Buffalo and beyond.
- The Muskoka taxi alternative sets out plainly when a local taxi is the right call and when it is not.
The vehicles at a glance

How booking works across all Muskoka limousine services
You enter the pickup, the drop-off, the date and the vehicle class in the online booker. It returns one fixed, all-in fare before you pay, with HST included, and taxes and fees are in the total. The fare does not change on the day because of traffic. The booker has a Route tab and a By the hour tab, accepts stopovers, takes up to 14 passengers and 14 pieces of hold luggage, and sends a confirmation by email. Extras such as the Meet and Greet service, child seats, flowers or chocolates can be added on the same screen, and a wheelchair option is there if a guest needs it.
Multi-stop and return trips go on one booking, and so does an hourly booking. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly, and the guide to how private car fares work explains what moves a fare and what does not.
When the bus, train or a local taxi is the better choice
We would rather you choose the right mode than the wrong car. These are the honest comparisons for the most common trips.
| Mode | Door-to-door | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chauffeured car | About 2 h from Pearson to Gravenhurst off-peak | Fixed fare via booker | Per vehicle class | 3+ travellers, cottage gear, late flights |
| Air Canada Landline coach, Pearson to Muskoka Airport | 1 h 45 to 2 h 15 on the coach, plus the leg to your door | Sold as an Air Canada itinerary | Airline baggage rules | Solo travellers on a connecting ticket |
| Ontario Northland bus | Stops at Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville | Fares on ontarionorthland.ca | One 23 kg checked bag included | One traveller, light luggage, a stop that matches the bus |
| Local taxi | Minutes | Metered | A few bags | A five-minute hop in town |
Air Canada's release describes non-stop, twice-daily Landline coach trips between Pearson and Muskoka Airport from 15 June 2026; our Muskoka Airport page covers the last leg to your door. Ontario Northland's bus baggage rules allow one checked piece free and two more at a fee: fine for one person, tight for a family arriving for a week.
Service rules that apply to every trip
- Flight tracking is included on every airport pickup, and train arrivals are tracked as well.
- Waiting time is 60 minutes free after international landings, 30 after domestic landings and 15 minutes on other pickups.
- Meet and greet inside arrivals, with the chauffeur holding a name board, is a booker option, and an alias name is available on request.
- Child seats come as child seat, toddler seat and booster seat options in the booker.
- Pets travel in a carrier, so tell the desk about a pet when you book. Trained service animals travel free.
- Privacy options include asking the desk to keep your details private and a note with the booking; NDAs are available on request.
- Cancellation is counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice carries no charge; 72 hours or less is 10%; 48 hours or less is 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100%. Peak dates, such as long weekends and big weddings, may carry a different deadline, which is printed on your confirmation.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a bus from Muskoka to Toronto?
Yes. Ontario Northland runs a coach route between Toronto's Union Station and Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Huntsville, and the Air Canada Landline coach links Muskoka Airport with Pearson. Check current times on the operators' sites. A private car wins for groups, cottage luggage, late arrivals and anyone whose destination is not at a bus stop.
How much does it cost to hire a limousine for an hour in Muskoka?
This site does not publish rates. Hourly hire is a mode in the booker, so you enter your pickup, your hours and the vehicle class and see the fixed all-in fare before paying. The total depends on the vehicle, the date and the route, which is why one headline number would mislead you.
How much does a limo cost in Ontario?
It depends on distance, vehicle class, date and whether the trip touches an airport. We show no ranges. Enter your trip in the booker and it returns a fixed, all-in total with HST and all fees already included.
Are you a taxi service?
No. Cars are pre-booked, there is no hailing and no meter, and the fare is fixed before you pay. For a five-minute hop in town a local taxi is fine. We are the better choice for airports, long distances, groups, scheduled arrivals and anything you cannot afford to miss.
Can you take a group of 12 with luggage?
An Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz or similar) carries up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. If your bags are larger or more numerous, a second vehicle or a Business SUV alongside the Sprinter keeps everyone comfortable. Coaches with 20 to 56 seats are available on request for bigger groups.
Do you serve airports other than Toronto Pearson?
Yes. We serve every major airport in Ontario, including Billy Bishop, Muskoka Airport, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Ottawa, North Bay, Sudbury, Oshawa and Peterborough, plus Montreal and Buffalo. Travellers from Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax and Quebec City are looked after by a vetted local partner at their end.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Flights are tracked on every airport pickup, so the chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after international arrivals and 30 minutes after domestic ones. You do not need to call ahead for an ordinary delay.
