Frequently asked questions
Is the fare fixed?
Yes. The fare shown when you book is the fare you pay for that trip, vehicle and time. Traffic on Highway 400 or a slow drive through Barrie does not change it. Only changes you make, such as an extra stop, a later pickup or a larger vehicle, are quoted again before they are accepted.
What if my flight is delayed?
Airport pickups are flight-tracked and the chauffeur meets the actual landing time. Free waiting is 60 minutes after an international landing and 30 minutes after a domestic landing, counted from when the plane is on the ground. Other pickups include 15 minutes.
Can the chauffeur meet me inside the terminal?
Yes. Add the meet and greet service in the booker and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board. If you prefer, ask for an alias name on the board.
Do you drive to cottages on private lanes?
Yes. Give the full address with the fire number and add a note about the lane, the gate or where to turn. In spring thaw and in winter, some lanes are better served by an SUV; tell us and we will match the vehicle.
Can you meet our boat at a marina?
Yes. We drive to the marina or public dock where your boat or water taxi meets you. See marina and boat launch transfers.
Do you provide car seats?
Child, toddler and booster seats are options in the booker. Choose the number you need when you book. The family travel page explains which seat suits which child under Ontario's rules.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in a carrier; tell the desk about the pet when you book. Trained service animals travel free and do not need a carrier.
How much luggage fits?
The Executive Sedan takes 2 large bags plus 2 carry-ons, the SUVs 6, the Executive Sprinter 12 and the Jet Sprinter Executive 5. The Stretch SUV Limousine takes 4, the Party Bus 2 and the Stretch Limousine very little. The fleet page lists every class.
What is the cancellation policy?
Counted back from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Long weekends and large weddings may carry a different deadline, printed on the confirmation.
Can we drink in the limousine?
No. There is no drinking in our vehicles, including the party bus and the stretch limousines. A bottle, flowers or chocolates can still be added in the booker as a gift; the bottle travels sealed, and purchases from an LCBO stop travel with your luggage.
Do you cover airports outside Toronto?
Yes. Besides Pearson, Billy Bishop and Muskoka Airport we drive to Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Ottawa, North Bay, Sudbury, Oshawa, Peterborough, Lake Simcoe Regional, Montreal and Buffalo. All are on the airport transfers page.
