What we collect
To book and run a trip we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off details (including cottage addresses and fire numbers), flight or train numbers, passenger and luggage details, any special requests such as car seats or pets, and payment confirmation. Card payments are processed by the booking platform's payment provider; MuskokaLimousineServices.com does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
Only to quote, confirm, operate, support and invoice your trips, to track your arrival so the chauffeur meets the real time, and to answer your requests. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
The chauffeur, or the network partner who operates a leg outside Ontario, receives the details needed to carry it out: your name (or the alias you choose), phone number, pickup details and arrival information. Ask the desk if you want your details kept private from the chauffeur. Partners may use the information only for your trip. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Analytics and chat
The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and a live-chat widget to answer questions. They set cookies in your browser; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Retention and security
Booking records are kept as long as needed for operating, accounting and legal purposes, then deleted. Access is limited to people who need it to run your trip.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for uses that are not required to run a booking. Write to us through the contact page; we reply within 30 days.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The version on this page is the current one.
