The booking

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from MuskokaLimousineServices.com. The fare shown at booking is fixed for the trip, vehicle class and time you entered. Changes to the pickup, drop-off, time, stops, number of passengers or vehicle are quoted before they are accepted.

Who provides the trip

Trips in Muskoka and Ontario are driven by licensed, commercially insured chauffeurs dispatched by MuskokaLimousineServices.com. Where a trip starts far outside Ontario, the vehicle at that end is provided by an independent, licensed and commercially insured partner from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network; MuskokaLimousineServices.com remains your point of contact and issues your invoice.

Waiting time

Included waiting time is 60 minutes after an international landing, 30 minutes after a domestic landing and 15 minutes for other pickups, counted from the actual arrival or the booked time. Waiting beyond that may be charged and is confirmed with you first whenever possible.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are counted back from the scheduled pickup time:

• More than 72 hours before pickup: no charge
• 72 hours or less: 10% of the booking
• 48 hours or less: 50% of the booking
• 24 hours or less, or a no-show: 100% of the booking

Bookings for long weekends, large weddings and peak dates may carry a different deadline; when they do, it is printed on the confirmation.

Cottage lanes, docks and access

Pickups and drop-offs are made at a point a vehicle can safely reach. If a private lane is impassable, flooded, icy or too narrow for the vehicle booked, the chauffeur will meet you at the nearest safe point and the desk will contact you. Water-access cottages are served from the marina or dock you name.

Luggage, passengers and conduct

The vehicle booked must suit the number of passengers and the luggage. If it does not, a larger vehicle may be required at an additional fare. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in vehicles. There is no drinking in the vehicle; a bottle ordered as a gift in the booker, or bought on a stop, travels sealed with your luggage. A VIP security guard is an optional add-on; chauffeurs themselves are not security officers. Damage or soiling caused by passengers may be charged at cost. Child seats are provided when requested at booking; Ontario's child-restraint rules apply. Pets travel in a carrier; trained service animals travel free.

Delays and events beyond our control

We track flights and trains and adjust pickups to actual arrival times. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, highway construction, border processing or other events outside our control, but we will always work to get you to your destination.

Travel bought elsewhere

Flights, hotels, resorts, activities and rental cars bought through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net are governed by that site's conditions and the supplier's own rules.
