How booking works
- Enter the trip. Pickup and drop-off — a cottage address with its fire number, a resort, a marina, an airport or any street address — with the date and time.
- Add the flight number. The flight is tracked and the chauffeur meets the real landing time.
- Pick the vehicle. The all-in fare for each class is shown before you choose, with HST included.
- Add the details. Passengers and bags, child, toddler or booster seats, a wheelchair, the meet & greet service inside arrivals, a stopover, and extras such as flowers or a photographer.
- Confirm. Pay securely; the confirmation arrives by email and the chauffeur’s details follow before pickup.
By the hour

Changes and cancellation
Counted back from the booked pickup time: more than 72 hours ahead, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Long weekends and large weddings can carry an earlier deadline, printed on the confirmation.
